What are the sizes available?

1. Pint (16 oz) – around 4-5 big scoops
2. Tub (1 liter) – around 9-10 big scoops



How to order?

STEP 1: Order

Browse for the items you want, choose the size and quantity, then Add to Cart. Once you’ve finished selecting your items, click on the Cart icon on the upper right part of your screen. Click Check Out.

STEP 2: Check Out

Input your complete contact details and shipping information. Then, choose your preferred shipping method. Payment will be via bank deposit. Afterwards, click Complete Order to finalize everything. You will receive an Order Confirmation email from us containing the details of your order. Please note that if you submit an order outside our coverage area, your order will be cancelled. 

STEP 3: Payment

Once you receive the Order Confirmation email, send payment via bank deposit and email the deposit slip or screenshot to gelatolabph@gmail.com. Once payment has been received, you will receive another email containing Shipping or Pickup details.

STEP 4: Enjoy your Gelato!



Can I still change, cancel or modify my order after submitting it?

If items have not yet been paid and dispatched, we will try our best to accommodate any changes. It is best to contact us immediately at gelatolabph@gmail.com for any concerns.



What are your shipping options?

1. Pick up at New Manila, Quezon City (No shipping rate will be included in your total)

You will be the one to book and arrange payment for the courier who will be picking up the items at our address in New Manila, Quezon City. The address and pickup time window will be provided through email once your order has been paid and confirmed.

IMPT: You will need to request for an insulated box to help regulate temperature of the gelato during delivery.

2. Delivery via 3rd Party Courier (A flat shipping rate will be included in your total)

We will be the one to arrange the delivery for you. You will receive an SMS or email update from us regarding the shipping details.



What are your payment methods?

Currently, we can only accept payments via GCASH, BDO or BPI Bank Deposit. But we are working on adding more payment methods in the future.



Where do you deliver?

To ensure the quality of our product, we can only accept pickups and deliveries to the ff. areas in Metro Manila:

Makati
Mandaluyong
Manila
Pasay (except SM MOA area, Coral Way area, Airport area)
Pasig (except Kalawaan, Pinagbuhatan)
Quezon City (except Fairview, Novaliches, Tandang Sora, Batasan Hills)
San Juan
Fort Bonifacio, Taguig



How long will it take for my order to be delivered/picked up?

Orders will be scheduled for delivery or pick up 3-5 days after payment has been confirmed. Orders not paid 3 days after receiving the Order Confirmation email will automatically be canceled.
